Pimpdaddysupreme.com is undergoing some changes...
Please stay tuned for future progress.
I was interviewed by The Tennessean about a friend's website (strangely-familiar.audio-sault.com) that promotes bootlegs, Mashups and other illegal musics. I talked at length about copyright law, how it should be changed and that it's sad the only people allowed to create "ART" anymore are the people who can afford to do so. Those who create the art illegally can face large fines and Jail time. How fucked is that, jail for doing something creative!!But anyways, It seems that the article will not be in the main paper (as I was lead to believe) but in the supplemental "Davidson AM" that is included in Davidson County papers exclusively.I'm about to leave the house and see if the article made it to print. I'll let you know how it turns out.I really hope they don't misquote me and make me seem like an asshole.
For those of you looking for a good time, and I'm sure that's why you're here, I have some good news. Nashville's cleanest bar, PM, has decided to give me residency on Friday nights.
This means I'll be spinning a continuous mix of hits from 1980 to 1994 every Friday night from 10pm to 2am.
That's right, I said Every Friday.
So, put on your Member's Only jacket, Hypercolor Tshirt and your Cross Color jeans with a pocket full o' drinkin money, and let's remember the days before we got Crunk up in the club; The days where we were more likely to "turn this mutha out" and "go Crazy"
Until next time,
5000 G
